The way to having more energy and a stronger immune system is by correcting your posture.
The skeletal system was made to support the muscular system and any deviation in posture causes muscular imbalances. It's Geometry, and unfortunately it does not change regardless of our intentions or how nice we are. Changing incorrections in posture can relieve many aches and pains. When the posture is correct it allows the nervous system to flow without restriction, freeing up energy to help the nervous system with other details. So I hope you learn to sit up instead of sitting down!
